Routine Maintenance Preventative Maintenance
On demand servicing and repairs of all types of Machines and Civic Equipments. Work can be undertaken at Ensol's well-equipped service bays or on customer's site.
Our large fleet of Ensol service technicians cover the whole country, using fully equipped vans and stock a large range of spare parts.		 Under our EnsolCare preventative maintenance contract we take full responsibility for planning and carrying out your routine preventative maintenance programme.

Preventative Maintenance - EnsolCare

EnsolCare is a field based preventative maintenance programme to maximise the safety, performance and life of your vehicle † at minimum cost and with minimum downtime. It guarantees the highest levels of technical support to ensure that your vehicle stays in excellent shape and performs to the very best of its potential.

Under the EnsolCare contract we take full responsibility for planning your routine preventative maintenance programme which, for Ensol or other brands, over a period of one year, which includes:

  • Full inspection and detailed report on all    Machines, pump and drive equipment.
  • Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting    pump and exhauster.
  • Pump filters check.
  • Oil levels check.

    Each vehicle inspection is comprehensive and entails testing every working component so that any remedial work can be identified early.

    The aim is to minimize the need for repair work by isolating any problems before they happen. You will be advised immediately of any critical safety items.

    On completion of the inspection you will be provided with a detailed written report, explaining the safety margins relative to levels of wear, with a quotation on any further work necessary in order to comply with legislative standards or advisable to maintain the vehicle's† performance.

    Small repairs can be carried out straight away if required.

    The EnsolCare contract excludes repairs and maintenance on items not covered by warranty, any rectification due to misuse or abuse of equipment and out of hours service.
